WHO: Enrolling cast members entering grades one through six (Fall of 2025)

WHAT: Dear Edwina JR. is a heartwarming musical about the joys of growing up, from the creators of Junie B. Jones, The Musical. Written in a “show-within-a-show” format, Dear Edwina JR. is the perfect “kid power” musical for a new generation.

Dear Edwina JR. follows the adventures of plucky advice-giver-extraordinaire, Edwina Spoonapple, as she directs the neighborhood kids in a series of buoyant production numbers for the latest edition of her weekly "Advice-a-Palooza.” Edwina and her friends share wisdom on everything from trying new foods to making new friends, through clever, catchy and poignant songs.

WHEN and WHERE: Rehearsal on Sundays (beginning September 7th) from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Foxboro Classical Ballet (14 School St Foxboro).  Three (3)  performances scheduled for October 24th (7:00pm)  and October 25th (11:30 and 5:30 pm) at the NEW Foxboro Community Center located at 76 Main St., Foxboro.

PARTICIPATION FEE: $525 per child.  There is a $25 discount for siblings. A $300  non refundable deposit due upon registration via venmo (@Laura-Canfield-6) or check  payable to LRC Stage Productions at 15 Ouimet Lane, Foxboro.  Your child’s place is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.  The balance will be due on August 31st.      

What is included in the registration fee?

• Three 45 minute live shows with a full audience at the Foxborough Community Center

• Over 30 hours of rehearsal time

• Professional staff, including dedicated director, musical director, and choreographer..

• Outside contractors for professional theater-quality sound and lighting

• Licensed script from MTI, the leading global theater licensing agency.
